Bye bye 2010... Welcome to 2011 ~ Make over your life ^_^

** We all need a little overhaul sometimes, and there is no better time than in the new year.~ 2011.. yeah!! I'm talkin' about 2011 resolutions.. Perhaps we can try these ideas and see how it can change your life for the better.. 
By the way, I try some of them. and .. it seems to be workin'...  
Let's do it together!!   hehehe  :)


I mean yeahhh.. Why not try something new everyday.. make our life more challenging.. Do things we never did before... Isn't that interestin' ???  ^_^

  • Wake up 20 mins earlier than normal.
  • Plan a big task for the week and focus on just that the entire week.
  • Read something funny and laugh out loud.. 
  • Set aside a HOLY hour  just for yourself.
  • Got any debt before???  Then, pay your bills promptly.
  • Show up  5 mins early for your appointment..
  • Clear your work desk and keep it clutter-free.
  • Volunteer for a day.
  • Read RAW veggies.. O.M.G. !!! I cannot believe this one... 
  • Take a POWER nap..  ZZZzzz... 
  • Give something away..
  • Say *Thank U*  to a stranger..
  • Exercise an extra 10 mins today.
  • Make time to eat a healthy breakfast..
  • Empty your closet and toss what you don't need.
  • Make the bed as soon as you get up.
  • Take a deep breath.
  • Stay away from the computer for 24 hours..~~  yaiii... I got assignment to do!! Borink life without my laptop.. what about . movie~ing and chattin... I don't want to miss it.. Then.. Do u ever care about your eyes??? 24 hours nonstop starin at the screen.. yaii!! hehe
  • SPOIL yourself. ~ If there's anyone you should reward on regular basis, it should be YOU. Especially if you have been workin' hard. Pamper yourself will take that stress away from your body and mind. Takin time out to care for yourself is well deserved.
  • Stop multi-tasking. ~ U may think that it is great that u can do two things (or even more)  at the same time.. but do u realize??  research shows that people who are multi-task are less competent at doing several things at once compare to those who just focus on one activity. nahhh.. to make it easier, can u imagine doin three things at the same time??? Doubt it.. sure the mind is mixed up and end up doin nothing. except that u are extraordinary.. hahaa .. anyway, why not try something simple and easy??? why wastin time on the hard way? 
  • Replace has-beens. ~ Expire food in the pantry >> Bin it!!!
  • Empty your handbag.
  • Turn the phone off for a day.. ~ What the heck???  hahaha.. but it's true. are we someone that constantly on the phone or texting someone?  Change it... why not, tear yourself away from your phone for once.. But then.. what if we got emergency thingy??? nahhh... @~@
  • Do less for today.
  • Do something FUN with someone you like... ~ Perhaps your bf or gf.. your  family.. It can be anyone.. Take time to play around with them..
  • Lose an argument..  ~  What??? U think I'm that naive??? don't kiddin me. hahaha. anyway, that's what we always heard. But then.. REALLY? Do u have to be right all the time? Do u need to be that argumentative person even over smallest thing?.. well, if this sounds familiar, now try this one : Lose an argument today. you'd be surprised at how wonderful it can feel not havin to prove a point. There are more important things to think about besides who's right or wrong.. That's it.. Do u agree with me??  hehehe
  • Meditate 10 or 30 mins.. Know what? Meditation is one of the best ways to train the brain to think positively.
  • Take a look in the mirror and tell yourself something good.
